Many women will no longer stop when directed by a police officer to pull over. Some will call 911 and ask for additional police to come to the scene and refuse to open their windows until backup police arrive.

Cops are known to rape or extort women for sex during highway pullovers. The situation is badly deteriorating.

It comes as no surprise that unstable, aggressive bullies gravitate to police work, and quite a few are sexual predators.

The ACLU, together with the University of Nebraska, recently prepared a report entitled “Driving While Female, A National Problem in Police Misconduct.”

Case after case has been documented of cops demanding women trade sex for the dropping of traffic charges.

Assault, rape, sex, fondling and various kinds of bizarre sexually oriented conduct are found throughout the country.

Although cops are getting prosecuted, most are probably getting away with it.

Then a thirty year old female, I was walking down a street in Napa, California on Friday evening when female police officer, Debbie Peecook, decided to arrest me because I looked like a lesbian. Matter of fact, I was arrested over 25 times by the same female officer just for walking down the street. I was not allowed to travel any further than a 2 mile radius of my home without being arrested.

Not satisfied that I was not beaten to death, the female law enforcement officer intended to indirectly cause my death by a third party. Before coercing me to take an illegal plea bargain, Bowman, an instrumental police accomplice from the narcotics division in Napa, California, had drugs smuggled into the jail so that a strip search could be conducted making me line up among other female inmates to take off all my clothes. Eventually, the female officer sent me to prison to get my ass beat. The tests of shame also involved a forensic medical doctor examining my vagina to study the shape of my clitoris.

After "legally" abducting my two minor sons, Peecook then had me sent to Susanville, California, to get my beat there. California officials then ran me out of the State of California by illegally suspending my driver's license, not allowing me an administrative hearing that others are entitled to, and allowing my $100k rightfully inherited trust to be pilfered.

In Klamath Falls, Oregon, after the pilfering of my real property, the female officer had others beat my ass at the High Lake Apartments. The female officer then had others beat my ass at the Harlen Drive property. While forcing me into homelessness, I was indisputably denied housing in trailer parks until I found a trailer park where others are allowed permanent housing.  At one point, the Klamath County Sheriff decided to intervene in a civil dispute after I paid rent by running me out of Wiseman's Mobile Home Park.

 
To this day, I am not allowed to retain decent friendships or even a relationship as a lesbian that others are entitled to. In an effort to change me into a straight woman who must respect, admire, adore and service American men who are economically unworthy of such entitlement, I remain a targeted woman receiving ill-treatment by immediate neighbor punks who have caused property damage and other unnecessary and unaffordable costs.

For policymakers developing effective prevention and inter­vention strategies, the combina­tion of individual economic distress and a community’s economic disadvantage in­creases a woman’s risk of intimate violence especially if I refuse to support moochers monetarily or sexually, clean or cook for moochers, and prohibit moochers from invading my isolated home while residing next to the trailer park landlord. The implications for this practice of neglect and depraved indifference under the specific circumstances shows a risk of imprisonment or death for me because my gender orientation peaks the curiosity of straight males.

"IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, MOVE!" IMPLIES U.S. OFFICIALS

Peecook has been influential in the prevalence of all kinds of forms of economic distress to increase the risk of intimate violence against me knowing that intimate violence jumps dramatically when homophobics gang stalk their victims causing financial strain.

Knowing that I was always self-employed, Oregon law enforcement were told to confiscate all of my business vehicles so I would have to depend on and service American men. One KIamath County Sheriff confiscated my residential van and threw my underwear all over the Fairgrounds property. To this day, I am not permitted to travel any further than a 2 mile radius.

I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't break any laws, start any fights, or harm anyone. I simply was open about who I am. And for that, I was ordered to be beaten up by law enforcement and other U.S. officials.

IS THE COMBINATION OF INDIVIDUAL MONEY PROBLEMS AND LIVING IN A TOUGH NEIGHBORHOOD A CATALYST FOR HIGHER LEVELS OF VIOLENCE?

It is a well known fact that violence is more pre­valent and more severe in dis­advantaged neighborhoods. This may be because of the existence of many of the same social problems that increase the risk of street crime in disad­vantaged neighborhoods; for example, a lower degree of social capital to respond to criminal behavior that, when longstanding, leads to a greater tolerance for deviant behavior.

Under­standing the links between these factors should help pol­icymakers and practitioners experiment with personality factors when vulnerable lesbian women do not want to shack up with American men. Yet, the bigotry of Debbie Peecook toward me has influenced offenders to force intimate violence on to me by placing me at the most risk by forcing me to exist in more severe economically disadvantaged neighbor­hoods.

The incidence of violence is exacerbated by economic factors apart from the characteristics of the indi­vidual involved when it is intentional; not the consequence of a failure to identify those who are most vulnerable to such psychologically destructive conditions, but as a matter of a systematic and deliberate practice.

The practice of subjecting me to ignored wrongdoing by Peecook, state officials, and their communities involve harsh and punitive living conditions. The tiny, squalid, neighborhood blocked off from the rest of the city centers on conditions of extreme isolation coupled with additional cruel and degrading punishments inflicted by state officials. Years at a time of prolonged isolation also actively prevents me from receiving treatment from the harm, including trauma, bouts of hysteria and paranoia, severe depression, psychosis, serious self-injury, mutilation, and suicide.

Law enforcement official Debbie Peecook has been provided insights into how social changes cause economic distress that influence violence against me. Peecook knows that women in disadvantaged neighborhoods are more likely to be victimized re­peatedly and be injured by forced domestic partners than women who live in healthy relationships. However, employing strate­gies to prevent and detect economic prac­tices and employment policies do not play an important part in my risk of suffering. Peecook realizes that the severity of violence and living in these circum­stances while worrying about finances has a rate of violence more than three times that of couples with low levels of financial strain.

Through a rapist’s eyes. A group of rapists and date rapists in prison were interviewed on what they look for in a potential victim and here are some interesting facts:

1] The first thing men look for in a potential victim is hairstyle. They are most likely to go after a woman with a ponytail, bun! , braid, or other hairstyle that can easily be grabbed. They are also likely to go after a woman with long hair. Women with short hair are not common targets.

2] The second thing men look for is clothing. They will look for women who’s clothing is easy to remove quickly. Many of them carry scissors around to cut clothing.

3] They also look for women using their cell phone, searching through their purse or doing other activities while walking because they are off guard and can be easily overpowered.

4] The number one place women are abducted from / attacked at is grocery store parking lots.

5] Number two is office parking lots/garages.

6] Number three is public restrooms.

7] The thing about these men is that they are looking to grab a woman and quickly move her to a second location where they don’t have to worry about getting caught.

8] If you put up any kind of a fight at all, they get discouraged because it only takes a minute or two for them to realize that going after you isn’t worth it because it will be time-consuming.

9] These men said they would not pick on women who have umbrellas,or other similar objects that can be used from a distance, in their hands.

10] Keys are not a deterrent because you have to get really close to the attacker to use them as a weapon. So, the idea is to convince these guys you’re not worth it.


POINTS THAT WE SHOULD REMEMBER:

1] If someone is following behind you on a street or in a garage or with you in an elevator or stairwell, look them in the face and ask them a question, like what time is it, or make general small talk: can’t believe it is so cold out here, we’re in for a bad winter. Now that you’ve seen their faces and could identify them in a line- up, you lose appeal as a target.

2] If someone is coming toward you, hold out your hands in front of you and yell Stop or Stay back! Most of the rapists this man talked to said they’d leave a woman alone if she yelled or showed that she would not be afraid to fight back. Again, they are looking for an EASY target.

3] If you carry pepper spray (this instructor was a huge advocate of it and carries it with him wherever he goes,) yelling I HAVE PEPPER SPRAY and holding it out will be a deterrent.

4] If someone grabs you, you can’t beat them with strength but you can do it by outsmarting them. If you are grabbed around the waist from behind, pinch the attacker either under the arm between the elbow and armpit or in the upper inner thigh – HARD. One woman in a class this guy taught told him she used the underarm pinch on a guy who was trying to date rape her and was so upset she broke through the skin and tore out muscle strands the guy needed stitches. Try pinching yourself in those places as hard as you can stand it; it really hurts.

5] After the initial hit, always go for the groin. I know from a particularly unfortunate experience that if you slap a guy’s parts it is extremely painful. You might think that you’ll anger the guy and make him want to hurt you more, but the thing these rapists told our instructor is that they want a woman who will not cause him a lot of trouble. Start causing trouble, and he’s out of there.

6] When the guy puts his hands up to you, grab his first two fingers and bend them back as far as possible with as much pressure pushing down on them as possible. The instructor did it to me without using much pressure, and I ended up on my knees and both knuckles cracked audibly.

7] Of course the things we always hear still apply. Always be aware of your surroundings, take someone with you if you can and if you see any odd behavior, don’t dismiss it, go with your instincts. You may feel little silly at the time, but you’d feel much worse if the guy really was trouble.

FINALLY, PLEASE REMEMBER THESE AS WELL ….

1. Tip from Tae Kwon Do: The elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to use it, do it.

2. Learned this from a tourist guide to New Orleans : if a robber asks for your wallet and/or purse, DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM. Toss it away from you…. chances are that he is more interested in your wallet and/or purse than you and he will go for the wallet/purse. RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

3. If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car: Kick out the back tail lights and stick your arm out the hole and start waving like crazy. The driver won’t see you but everybody else will. This has saved lives.

4. Women have a tendency to get into their cars after shopping,eating, working, etc., and just sit (doing their checkbook, or making a list, etc. DON’T DO THIS! The predator will be watching you, and this is the perfect opportunity for him to get in on the passenger side,put a gun to your head, and tell you where to go. AS SOON AS YOU CLOSE the DOORS , LEAVE.

5. A few notes about getting into your car in a parking lot, or parking garage:

a. Be aware: look around your car as someone may be hiding at the passenger side , peek into your car, inside the passenger side floor, and in the back seat. ( DO THIS TOO BEFORE RIDING A TAXI CAB) .

b. If you are parked next to a big van, enter your car from the passenger door. Most serial killers attack their victims by pulling them into their vans while the women are attempting to get into their cars.

c. Look at the car parked on the driver’s side of your vehicle, and the passenger side. If a male is sitting alone in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back into the mall, or work, and get a guard/policeman to walk you back out. IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY. (And better paranoid than dead.)

6. ALWAYS take the elevator instead of the stairs. (Stairwells are horrible places to be alone and the perfect crime spot).

7. If the predator has a gun and you are not under his control, ALWAYS RUN! The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; And even then, it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ. RUN!

8. As women, we are always trying to be sympathetic: STOP IT! It may get you raped, or killed. Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking, well educated man, who ALWAYS played on the sympathies of unsuspecting women. He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often asked “for help” into his vehicle or with his vehicle, which is when he abducted his next victim.

My dog Chrunchy was also in the same situation where she was euthanized after being picked up.  At first I saw her in a local newspaper to be adopted out but after contacting the animal shelter was told she was put down. Chrunchy was a beautiful dog. She helped me train my wild horses by going into the woods and scaring out the deer so my Mustangs wouldn't get spooked. 

At one point, the neighbors were fighting terribly and she ran out into the street and got hit by a truck. I prayed her back to life. That was ten years ago. I still miss her. 

Today, I own a service/therapy Chihuahua and three Mustangs that are also service animals. I can wrap my Chihuahua around my neck and lower lumbar. Because Bing-Bing is from Mexico, his body temperature is like a hot water bottle. 

Since one of my businesses is for horse shoeing and trimming hooves, my Mustangs keep me in practice. Also they have saved my life in one of the worse human right violations in the U.S.A. I'm sorry about your beloved do.

 

Another Injustice Allowed By California Courts

A Los Angeles-based state appeals court just overturned a rape conviction because a woman who was raped in her sleep by a man impersonating her boyfriend is unmarried. The victim, who at first thought the man was her boyfriend, tried to stop him once she regained consciousness enough to realize he was an imposter. However, because the woman and her boyfriend are not a married couple, her rapist will walk away without penalty: The court said that its decision is based on a California law stating that tricking a victim into sex by impersonation only counts as rape if the victim is married. The three-judge panel of the 2nd District Court of Appeals wrote:

A man enters the dark bedroom of an unmarried woman after seeing her boyfriend leave late at night, and has sexual intercourse with the woman while pretending to be the boyfriend. Has the man committed rape? Because of historical anomalies in the law and the statutory definition of rape, the answer is no, even though, if the woman had been married and the man had impersonated her husband, the answer would be yes.

This ruling means that in California, rapists who attack unmarried men or women by impersonating their significant others are protected under state law. This horrifying concept is made even more infuriating when you consider how this affects gay men and women in the state, who are not allowed to marry.
The justices explained that prosecutors in this particular case employed two legal theories, the first being that the man tricked the woman into having sex with him (which only applies to married women), and the other arguing that under state law, sex with an unconscious person is always defined as rape. The court recommends the prosecutors utilize the latter theory if the case is retried.

Regardless of how the case is tried later, the fact that this man committed rape and is free to do so again because of a legal loophole is unacceptable. This disturbing series of events exemplifies yet again the serious lack of protection and justice this country provides to rape victims.

Women are more likely than men to be poor, they have less access to housing and health-care services, and they are subject to physical and sexual violence to a greater degree than men. In addition, discrimination against women intersects with such factors as race, ethnicity, and poverty.

 The Commission has noted that the lack of an effective response by the State and the impunity that prevails when it comes to violence and discrimination make it more likely that such acts will be repeated.

REGARDING: UNLAWFUL EVICTION AND EXCESSIVE HARASSMENT

I was profiled as a lesbian and arbitrarily arrested excessively since 1989-1995 (approx 40 times-landing in prison on July 4th, arrested on Martin Luther King Day, arrested 1st business day of 2011, sent to a mental institution on March 1, 2011: my birthday).

When I was wrongfully convicted of "stalking", the status was enhanced to include a "sex offense" after I was sent to prison.  Branded a “sex offender,” I lost custody of my two sons.  The officer has since been charged with excessive force by another attorney.

All legal activities others are entitled to have become illegal for me. All my business ventures were deliberately destroyed and frustrated and they  have left me to languish resulting in loss of liberty, civil rights, productive lifestyles, financial and personal ruin, mental anguish, social condemnation and personal and family embarrassment.

I have appealed to the Federal courts since 1995 and ALL of my cases were dismissed without review. All of the difficult and dedicated work I've done was ignored while federal judges demanded that I complete more work.  Even though Federal judges know I am not the “Betty Crocker” type girl, they have become obsessed with “curative rape” by forcing their disregard on me making me an object of ridicule and scorn in order that I submit to and service their American Men.

As a result of my legal battles against the U.S. Government, I have become an extremely unfavorable person subjected to and having to suffer severe retaliation.  I noticed my $100k rightfully inherited trust fund was wrongfully pilfered/seized after I asked the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to suspend the powers of the trustee. I also noticed that at least two attempts to entrap me in illegal ponzi schemes occurred while I was suffering brutality at the hands of the Lassen County community in California. I have also lost other real property and vehicles wrongfully seized and confiscated by the states of California and Oregon authorities.

The state and federal courts, in both California and Oregon, deliberately set me up to fail refusing to grant me asylum or protection from persecution and using me as a human battering instrument for others in the community to abuse, physically and emotionally.  Those in the community banter me because they just want me to shut up and go away and endure the sexual harassment. Because of the selfish reasons of those who conspired for my false imprisonment, other malicious prosecutions and judicial injustice has taken place. Impropriety, prosecution for the sake of prosecution, lack of funds for legal aid to prove my innocence and/or other errors of one kind or another, has occurred.

All of the excessive government entanglement running afoul of civil and human rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution without legal support has deeply affected my health.

Even though I have brought separate §1983 and  §2254 actions against the police and other officials on the grounds that labeling me as a sex offender based upon a policy enacted after my criminal conviction violated my constitutional rights. And, the infringements of the Due Process and Ex Post Facto Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination constitutes cruel and unusual punishment and is in violation of the Eighth Amendment.

The U.S. Government endorsed this cruel and unusual punishment by continuing to identify me as a sex offender, allowing me to be defined as someone who has been convicted, at any time, of any sex offense or [who] engaged in sexual misconduct during the course of an offense. They  have continued to recommend that I receive disparate treatment making it their constitutional duty to inculcate cruel and unusual punishment by portraying me to the public that “sexual assault is a heinous crime committed by Offenders with deviant behavior patterns that cannot be controlled by incarceration alone.”

Still no remedies available for these violations or the disparate treatment set forth under Title VII while retaliating and conspiring against my rights under 18 USC §241, there is now substantiated evidence that I am being been tortured to premeditate my murder using their power of abuse to maliciously disintegrate my health.

Just recently throughout August and September 2011, I diligently sought housing. Finally relying on the verbal agreement made by manager's Christopher John and Ericka  Little of Wiseman's Mobile Home Park at 6800 South 6th Street in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Previously managers Christopher John and Ericka Little declared to me that they made a visual inspection of my residential travel trailer at another location and approved thereof, preserving the certain space for me to move into on October 3, 2011.

Relying on said verbal agreement, I halted any other effort to seek housing else before the winter's debilitating freeze that caused my health breakdown (including hearing loss) the previous season.

I paid the rent and moved my residential trailer in. When I relocated my residential travel trailer to Wiseman's Mobile Home Park at 6800 South 6th Street in Klamath Falls, Oregon, on October 3, 2011, said management used bantering and forcible hostilities against me to unlawfully evict me without proper legal notice making the excuse that my trailer was not in compliance to their standards. Said management had a limited contractors license that definitely did not include having the authority to inspect the electrical components in my trailer.

Coincidently, the Klamath County Sheriff's department was right there to assist in these civil matters by forcibly running me out of the mobile home park regardless that rent was paid.  As a result, I have been housed in an  illegal concentration camp type setting with barbed wire all around while staff of the Klamath County Sheriff's Department are, coincidentally, tenants in the immediate vicinity asking me to secure their property.

These actions also have interfered with all of my legitimate home office based businesses. (disconnecting electrical utilities, forcing me to spend money to seek resources the government will block anyway, excessive late fines and fees) The pattern of abuse goes on and on with constant patterns for propensities of humiliation always setting me up in an illegal manner to justify their means for, yet, another malicious prosecution.

I remain ignored and undefined as an disenfranchised, elderly, sex offending-stalker, Caucasian, Jewish, lesbian, woman vulnerable to U.S. Government abuse and oppression suffering their prevailing patterns of consistent years and years of physical and emotional abuse in both California and in Oregon.

While others qualify as refugees to be granted asylum or  protection somewhere in the United States, the harm feared is being inflicted by this government...and by persons and organizations that the government is unable or unwilling to control. I have contacted 1000's of agencies connected only in the legal industries relying on those agencies for answers. While they were asleep, I was sent to a mental institution for several months on bogus charges, again, my civil rights being violated.

Anonymous people are coming out of the woodwork who I do not know, nor should have any information regarding my civil and human right violations in the communities I am transient in. So, why are they hostile and derogatory using such efforts to intimidate and harass me?

As you know local, state, and federal officials (the U.S. Government 'officials') has targeted this author (me) by using punks to menace and drive me from city to city, state to state. They have also used individuals to perjure and lie in an effort to cause extreme mental and emotional anguish in an effort to successfully incarcerate me. Finally, after many years of searching, I found a market that could give me a chance to revive. In an effort to explain my continued illegal "squatting" on an individuals property and my efforts to move on, I groveled revealing my marketing plan to him. He knew I was going attempt to host a screening at a local taco shop on March 23, 2012.

The pattern of abuse by officials have always been to intrude on my employment activities to traumatizing me. This has been their assurance to send me to jail.

Regardless, the individual "leaked" my employment plan to  Christoper J. Little, from Wisemans Mobile Home Park. This influenced him to visit the taco shop during my hosting event. My vehicle is an obvious one, parked in front of the taco shop with a few others. When Little saw my vehicle out front, he decided to present himself after the injuries and damages he has helped to esculate. Knowing his mere presence was intended to intimidate, degrade, and humiliate me to run me away from my legal activities. The True Forms Of Collective Pleasure

How can we best use the verdict from the Ravi trial, and the death of Clementi, to teach kids about the powers and the perils of bullies?

They say that part of the fascination with the Clementi trial was that most people could relate to the basic details of the case. Millions of U.S. adults remember being college freshmen, struggling to find common ground with new, unfamiliar roommates and neighbors in a residence hall. But, we all know that the Ravi case will fade into history and state-sanctioned violence and insults created for political domination of a dehumanized plutocracy will be the ubiquitous commodification.

This case was not merely barbarism parading as reform - it is also a blatant indicator of the degree to which sadism and the infatuation with violence have become normalized in a society that takes delight in dehumanizing itself.

The tough new questions raised about social media, the internet and cyberbullying, educators, and for all of us who post opinions, photos and personal information of every sort online does not send warnings about the real consequences of bullying.

The control society is the ultimate form of entertainment as the pain of others, especially those considered disposable and powerless, have become the subject not of compassion, but of ridicule and amusement in America.

Reveling in the suffering of others for the sadistic impulse to merge spectacles of violence and brutality, human suffering is the American form of entertainment designed to raise the collective pleasure quotient.
Intimidation comes from looking powerful, abusing power, using power to extort and exploit our fears. It's about getting away with flouting rudeness in our faces not because Ravi was making fun of Clementi's sexual orientation.

The potential for tormenting others comes from adults: media, parents, lawyers, police, and state and federal judges: Criminal intimidation being understood as stupid pranks. How many more youngsters have to go to prison because of the malice of adults?

The next actions or inactions will be written off and the culture of violence, cruelty and disposability will continue along with economic injustice and massive inequality.

REGARDING: UNLAWFUL EVICTION AND EXCESSIVE HARASSMENT

I was profiled as a lesbian and arbitrarily arrested excessively since 1989-1995 (approx 40 times-landing in prison on July 4th, arrested on Martin Luther King Day, arrested 1st business day of 2011, sent to a mental institution on March 1, 2011: my birthday).  

When I was wrongfully convicted of "stalking", the status was enhanced to include a "sex offense" after I was sent to prison.  Branded a “sex offender,” I lost custody of my two sons.  The officer has since been charged with excessive force by another attorney.

All legal activities others are entitled to have become illegal for me. All my business ventures were deliberately destroyed and frustrated and they  have left me to languish resulting in loss of liberty, civil rights, productive lifestyles, financial and personal ruin, mental anguish, social condemnation and personal and family embarrassment.

I have appealed to the Federal courts since 1995 and ALL of my cases were dismissed without review. All of the difficult and dedicated work I've done was ignored while federal judges demanded that I complete more work.  Even though Federal judges know I am not the “Betty Crocker” type girl, they have become obsessed with “curative rape” by forcing their disregard on me making me an object of ridicule and scorn in order that I submit to and service their American Men.
